„When I wove this first basket, my hand was led by holy forces, and this holy power should live in every basket until the end of times!” This basket, like anything else that was made first, is about the deed that always brings something new, makes something invisible visible and turns something transient into perceivable. In the new performance of the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble the special traditional culture of the Hungarians living in the Carpathian Basin come to life through the special, contemporary, theatrical worldview of the creators of the performance.
